Tolle Lage und schönes Ambiente

Ich habe ein Babybett vorbestellt für mein Baby. Es wurde schriftlich sowohl als auch mündlich bestätigt und zugesichert. Als ich ankam und nachfragte, wo es sei, sagte man mir, es würde auf mein Zimmer gebracht werden. Nach 30 Minuten tat sich nichts und auf meine erneute Nachfrage, sagte man mir, ich könnte jetzt doch keins haben, weil schon alle vergriffen sind. Da ich auf dieses Bett angewiesen bin, war das für mich keine Option und es folgten für mich stressige Diskussionen mit der Managerin. Am Ende konnte ich mich durchsetzen und mir wurde ein Bett ausgehändigt- aber ein schönes Ankommen nach meiner langen Reise war das leider nicht…
