Son muy amables en el hotel, está muy bien hubicado cerca de bares, restaurantes y fueron super atentos. La habitación estaba muy bien, lo unico que nos molestó para dormir fueron las almohadas, solo teníamos 1 cada uno y estaban super delgadas y como la recepción cierra no habia a quien pedirle extras. Pero el desayuno estuvo muy bien y la vista desde el restaurante muy bonita.

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer im 2. Stock mit Blick auf die Mosel. Außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Traumhafte Aussicht, zum Glück ausreichende Schalldämpfung der Fenster. Leider sehr hell im Zimmer, Gardinen ließen Lichter von draußen durch. Im Zimmer alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zimmerservice tadellos. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unkomplizierter Nachteingang. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel selbst ist ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig jedoch sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
