Overall it was better than I expected and I would definitely stay again. Having said that the 1980 style television needs to go. And the bed was difficult to get comfortable in. But the room was clean, lots of hot water and a large room. It was also very guite

The owner and his wife were very nice and accommodating. The place it's self was quiet. The shower had some rust in it, but overall a good stay.

First thing I saw when I turned on the light in the bathroom was a giant cockroach. Sheets had stains on them, didn't seem clean. The service was friendly enough but the place was pretty gross and scary.

the first night when i got there, the room was so hot and the ac didnt work that good. the 2 night i had them turn on the ac, which they did, vefore i got there. so ot was a comfortable noght.

The manager/owner let us choose the room location. He told us which areas might be louder and which are rarely booked. He was friendly. There was very little noise. The king size bed was comfortable. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are marked. The television was an older model, not HD. Wifi was free and available. There are a couple of restaurants near the area. There is a coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast is not served, but we weren't expecting it. No pool. Pets are allowed for a small extra fee. Service animals are allowed at no extra cost. If you are on a solo trip or a couple just trying to relax, it's great.

Very comfortable bed... shower worked properly... Not too bad overall... just might stay there again!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always received great service and very comfortable accommodations. Staff ans owners are very friendly and assure a great experience. No doubt I will be returning on my next trip back.

What can I say? I needed a comfortable bed, coffee maker, WiFi, and shower. It had all four. Also had a small fridge, a microwave, and a TV; didn't use any of those. Would stay there again for my next job at ohno30 AM in Jacksonville TX.
