Property Notes

The swimming pool and wellness center is closed on Saturdays from 01 December until 15 April, and on Sundays from 16 April until 15 October. Children under 14 years of age can only access the swimming pool accompanied by their parents. Access to the wellness center is restricted to adults and children older than 16years. The UVA treatments are available at extra costs. The wellness center is not included in the price of the stay. A deposit may be required at the property.

Rent og fint hotell. Veldig hyggelig folk i restauranten.

Alt var vel inntil regningen skulle betales. Vi ble avkrevd 25 Euro per person per dag for bruk av svømmebasseng og boblebad. Dette var det ikke informert om av personalet. Prisen er hårreisende gitt fasilitetene (de benevnte det som wellness center!). Men verst var reaksjonen fra resepsjonisten / manageren. Ingen forståelse for at vi stilte spørsmål ved dette. Han sa: «When I was younger I discussed with customers. Not anymore. You pay the bill or I call the police”. Det verste jeg har opplevd fra en hotell manager noen gang! Han gjorde en positiv opplevelse til en svært negativ en.
