"best hotel in town with nicest staff possible"

super nice hotel, very clean, very warm perfect location close to the city center and lake view. they also had the niiiiiicest and most helpful receptionist ever! thank you for having us there

The staff were always keen on helping wherever possible. And they were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and great value for money!

Wish we could have paid for a shower after returning from our hike but reasonable for them not be able to provide this

"Great place to stay if looking for a nicer hotel"

Nicest place we stayed. Bathroom was beautiful. Nice to have a hot shower with water pressure. Breakfast was great. Bed and room clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful

This is a perfectly good hotel just rather bland. Clean with good breakfasts.

Very bland. Like a business hotel. There are many hotels with better views and/or more character.
