I wouldn't recommend staying here alone, particularly as a female, it didn't feel very secure - the rooms are each accessed from outside, rather than being within a building. The cornice was coming off the ceiling/wall in the bathroom. The shower drain was also blocked. Note that the standard queen room was listed as having a microwave - this was not the case. There was a shared outside kitchen for all rooms that had a microwave. This was not clear in the Booking.com advertisement of the property and room. Reception didn't appear to be staffed in the morning (~8-10am) so I wasn't able to advise about these issues.

Good pricing They text advising my room was ready at 9am that was impressive Next time I might go for the next grade up the room was enough to sleep in but no seat or table to use Off street parking

Very easy check in and check out, the whole property is very clean and tidy. Comfy memory foam matteress.

Bit noisey when next door is showering, but noise never lasts for long, so not a problem.
