Centrally located in St Peter Port, with friendly staff and good cleanliness. There were numerous steps to access our room with no lift access (room 30, but the same number of steps for other rooms in this area of the hotel). There was a very large step down from the bedroom to the bathroom. We would be happy to return to The Duke of Normandie should we visit Guernsey again.

Staff (Breakfast) were great. Nothing too much trouble. Room (executive) was dark in decor but perfectly clean and bathrooms newly done. Bed very comfortable. Everything you needed was in the room.
