"Gutes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhätnis."

Preis Leistung. Die Lage, man kann auch gut mit der Stadtbahn in ins Zentrum fahren. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Matratze war mir zu hart. Ich habe Schulterprobleme. Ein Topper könnte Abhilfe schaffen.

ich kam nach 24 Uhr zum Hotel mit den Schlüsseln, der Schlüssel paßte nicht, mein Laptop im Zimmer, zum Glück war auf meinem alten Handy auch eine Datei booking.com mit Notnummer, nach langem Klingeln eine Stimme " ich komme" und um 1 Uhr war ich bei 7 Grad draußen endlich im Zimmer. Dann erlaubte sich die Heizungsanlage noch um 5 Uhr lärm zu machen, nach intensiver Suche fand ich einen Absteller und um 6 konnte ich weiterschlafen. Bett gut, Frühstück sehr gut , Personal freundlich. Aber die kleinen Probleme sehr schlecht, ohne Notruf in der app hätte ich das Hotel wechseln müssen.
