Las Brisas Resort and Villas

A good place - 7mins from Jaco. Clean rooms and really good breakfast

Stayed a few nights here and was very peaceful. It's a little ways from the beach maybe 2miles. The couple that runs the hotel are great and very accommodating. Breakfast is on the light side but its free. Bed and room was very cozy. I would stay there again without question. So if you want to get away from the main tourist hotels and don't care about staying on the beach then las brisas is the place.

We found LasBrisas to be a wonderful getaway. The owners and staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The accomadations were very clean along with the pool and grounds. I would stay there again and would recommend the place to others. They also offer many tours from the hotel.

Owned by Britains who had lived in the states for many years . They are on site at all times. Rooms are comfortable. Pool is clean. We were there on the 4th and they even made us hamburgers for lunch. Gracious hosts. Quiet area and relaxing. It is up a dirt road going towards the mountain on the south side of Hermosa Beach.. Close to Jaco,, but not so close you hear the noise! The only issue was that is was school break and some parents let their children be in the pool alone .

I rarely rate hotels, but I was so impressed that I had to take the time to let everyone know what a fabulous place this is. The place was a 5 star hotel with a 3 star price.

This place is absolutely lovely, and so are the people. The owners are very accommodating! They take care of everything for you. The place is serene and relaxing. I can't wait to return! I feel like I left my second home :)

The Hotel is very well maintained the a/c perfect, the bathroom very clean, the beds comfortable The overall experience excellent, would return any time

Hotel was a little hard to find, but in a nice quiet location. Pool was well maintained. Breakfast was pleasant, coffee was excellent! Room was nice but AC was a little under powered for the heat. Due to the septic systems in this area of Costa Rica, you cannot flush toilet paper and the smell of the septic seems to 'back up' in the rooms. Unpleasant but not really a hotel issue. The owners were extremely helpful and very nice. I would stay here again!!

Great hotel off the beaten path. Great pool, friendly staff.

i love the place. very nice and comfortable. not to far from the beach (wouldnt recommend) the town of jaco. If you have time go to manuel antonio (1 hr down 34). ask front desk and they will let you know what to do around the place.
