Maui Kai

Beautiful room and GREAT location - we loved going out on the boardwalk, restaurants/food trucks and of course snorkeling right behind the hotel! We saw lots of sea turtles - fantastic stay!

one of the elevators did not work. Unit had condensation issues

The bonus lanai on the side was excellent for stargazing!

The neighbor was unacceptably nosy. He shined his phone's flashlight (maybe videoing us?) into our lanai on the first night we were staying there.

Location great as opposite shops and on beach front. Excellent views. Felt like we could jump off the verandah and into the water. Kitchen bedroom and bathroom well equipped.

The Fan is over the table and not the bed, which made it pretty warm at night after a day on thebeach. . It wasn't very cool in the room at any time of day and I believe the AC was set at 73.The Grates on the door entering the room were filthy. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned or painted in a very long time. Both doors to the balcony were extremely difficult to open, every time. The Screens to the balcony came off the track several time and were ripped.The vents over the toilets had mold or some kid of small bugs on them.

It is quite and kind of tucked away from the other places the Views from our balcony was awesome. We had Mountains in the front and the ocean in the back. I would definitely stay there again.
