Good service from all staff especially ms Anina reception from Front Office team. Great hospitality, nice room, clean and tidy.

For our family ,this is first time I like it the property ,but need little bit renovation room furniture are very old

Furniture in the room and no Hand shower at shower area

So far so good with the service, free upgrade room and the pool is soo big with 3 pool and good service restaurants staff with Mrs. Anina front office

Breakfast oke walo penuh bgt alias ramai, Kolam renang dan pemandangan oke, view kamar oke banget, pelayanan ramah, kegiatan untuk anak2 sangat menyenangkan: nonton film anak di dekat lobby waktu sabtu malam, minggu pagi ada mandi busa dan cooking class di kolam renang. Anak2 hepi.

So far smua cukup oke, untuk kegiatan anak spt cooking class dll smoga lbh variatif tiap minggu.. tks
