great to have airport shuttle and breakfast

There was water on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Reported the problem. Maintenance came and check for leaks. Housekeeping came to clean it up.

Breakfast was great as was l7nch, staff are fantastic, we were only there for 3 days but it was very pleasant and quiet.

Everything except we were there during spring break, kite day at the central park was cool but cold

Easy access to meetings

Elevators broken or stopped working. When booking through a third party , the hotel will not verify the reservation. You cannot call the front desk. You can only call a call center and they cannot verify your reservation. Not enough coffee, cream9er or towels for a 5 night stay. Used soap in the bath tub.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. There was a shuttle from the hotel to the metro line, but we did not use the Metro because it was not convenient to the sites we visited.
