Great experience

I got charged a pet fee I was not expecting. They would not back off of the charge at all. Would have stayed somewhere else had I know about the charge.

When I travel this property is one of my favorites. The staff is GREAT, the rooms are GREAT, and the value is GREAT. This hotel always brings a smile to my face.

I paid for this online for my son he had to work in Center for a couple of days. When he arrived they required him to give a debit card for deposit for incidentals which they said would have a hold until he checked out. When he checked out they said the hold would be taken off, but instead they charged him the full amount. No one at hotel will reverse the charge. In process of disputing charge with the bank.

Wonderful accessible room

The stay was very nice. Very clean and well kept property. The folks working there were evry nice. This was a wonderful surprise, and i have stayed at 20+ hotels in the last 6 months.

We had a room with kitchenette which was very nice , it even had a 2 burner stove top ( which we didn’t use) and nice size fridge and microwave. Also the room was a very good size and bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent and the breakfast the usual hotel fare The bathroom and room were very clean

Location was very good... Stores (Walmart, $Tree) and fastfood restaurants (McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, BBQ) were less than 5mins away; some in walking distance/right next door, center of it all.

Stove didn't have knobs so they gave me a hot plate. Did not provide dishes, pot & pans, nor utensils. I thought should've been provided with this room bc there was a stove, full size fridge, & sink. Ac didn't blow very well so I had to get a fan. Only wanted to give a set of towels (1wash cloth, 1hand towel, 1bath towel) for 2 but room sleeps 4.
