Purtroppo per metà del soggiorno ha fatto brutto tempo (non imputabile all' hotel).

Hat mehr einen Charme einer Jugendherberge. Sei es von der Ausstattung her oder von den Gästen. Was ja nichts schlimmes an sich wäre. Aber dafür passen die Preise, selbst für Salzburg nicht. Die Zimmer sind wirklich nichts besonderes. Aber für eine Nacht, oder ein paar, ist es ok Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung.

Das negative bezieht sich nicht auf das gesamte Personal sondern nur auf Grund meiner Erfahrung beim Check-in. Erst glücklich das ich noch einen Parkplatz draußen ergattert hatte, und nicht in der Garage, wurden mir trotzdem 18€ auf den buchungspreis aufgeschlagen. Dem nicht genug kamen noch über 7€ steuern dazu. Ich war geschäftlich hier mit einem Kollegen. Hatte zwei Zimmer gebucht. Dem nicht genug wurden wir mehrmals gefragt ob wir nicht doch mit zwei autos hier wären. Wohl um nochmals 18€ auf zu schlagen. Dann wurde uns erst ein Zimmer gegeben. Und erst nach dem aufmerksam machen wurde nachgeschaut und dann zögerlich uns doch ein zweites Zimmer gegeben. Wäre die Stadt nicht so ausgebucht würde ich nicht nochmals hier übernachten. Und werde nächstes Mal eine alternative außerhalb suchen und 30 min Fahrzeit in Kauf nehmen. Dort erspart man sich die Parkplatzabzocke auch.

Location was great with easy accessibility to public transport. The room was spacious for 5 people. Cleanliness was properly maintained. They also provided the Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket as soon as we checked in, we didn't have to ask for it separately. Great value for money, especially if you are traveling in a group.

The only hiccup we faced during our stay was the clogged washbasin in the shower. Despite complaining multiple times and maintenance guys visiting a couple of times, the issue could not be solved. More attention should be given in this regard, to make sure the basic amenities are working well. On a positive note though, when we complained, the lady at the reception was kind enough to offer us a room change (which we didn't do eventually).

Dass an den Betten im Schlafsaal keine Vorhänge sind.

Good amenities and great location and bathroom and toilet is separated so each Person can use different items in same time .

Approach of some staffs response .as requested for early checkin in and collected money for that and it was delayed finally the manger told to return the money however later the same lady lied that they did not charged

The hotel was on the outer area plus the rooms was not properly cleaned. Hairs all over the place. On top of it the AC was not working. The reception AC was working but not the rooms one
