Wonderful room with great views, the best part was the staff who were unfailingly kind and very helpful, especially when I was under the weather and needed to extend my stay

신발 벗고 올라가는 곳인데 바닥 꺼짐과 장판 소리 심했어요.

해운대로 가족여행겸 1박을 했는데 너무 좋았습니다. 부모님도 바다가 잘보여서 무척 마음에 들어하셨어요 방도 넓고 깨끗해서 편안하게 쉬었다 왔습니다. 복도에선 방음이 조금 안되는 편인듯합니다. 방안에선 밖에 소리가 살짝 들리긴하는데 시끄럽게 떠들지않으면 조용하게 지낼수 있을듯해요 조식도 먹었는데 이건 그저그런편이었어요.

장점과 단점이 확실한 곳인거 같아요. 저는 디럭스 더블룸을 이용했는데, 정말 사진과는 틀리게 너무 좁았습니다. 왠만한 모텔보다도 좁아서 답답했습니다. 윗급 룸들을 선택했다면 어땠을지 모르지만, 디럭스보다 아랫급이라고 생각되는 스탠다드 룸도 있기에 이래저래 아쉬운 룸 사이즈입니다. 그리고 저는 8층에 묵었는데, 먼지가 너무 많았습니다. 핸드폰을 테이블에 놓고 잤는데, 아침에 일어나보니 먼지가 뽀얗게 쌓여있을정도로 공기가 좋지 않았습니다. 공기청정기 하나쯤은 서비스로 장착이 필요할거 같습니다. 대신에 많이들 얘기하는 '뷰'는 아주 좋습니다. 그것하나만 보고 가신다면 일루아는 가볼만한 곳인거 같고 선택할만한 곳인건 확실한거 같습니다. 그만큼 좋았습니다.

편안한 시간 보냈어요

Ocean view was the best. Balcony was also good one, although exposure to indirect smoking was not a good one.

I know the hotel is mainly serve the local Korean but the staff doesn't speak English at all. As a surprise to my fiancée, I have ordered flower bouquet and delivered promptly to the hotel (with name and booking information written in Korean). However, the hotel staff doesn't understand although I have asked them serval times about the delivery. At last, I have to translate the conversation to Korean by my fiancée, what a surprise for us.

We stayed in room 802 which was oceanview. The view was wonderful watching the sunset. It was far enough from Haeundae Beach to be quiet. It was a wonderful experience. However, I am able to speak survival Korean, and be warned that they did not speak any English to me whatsoever. They were also sticklers about starting at 10 AM. My husband went down to the restaurant to grab a coffee at 9:50, and they said they were too busy and to wait until 10. Aside from that, it was great!
