"didnt expect a chain like radisson to behave like this"

i had paid for two nights, for two rooms. i had a change of plans and left one day early. i checked out at 3 pm. the hotel is not responding to my requests for a refund

Suprising. We were upgraded to a suite due to our Expedia status, which was a superb start. Then the food menu for supper and the included breakfast was surprisingly extensive and the dishes I had were very, very tasty. And live background music in the evening meal time. All of the staff worked hard to please and this hotel is managed well, especially considering it is not in a major city.
