Onsen and friendly staff

We wanted to try a more traditional accommodation. They exceeded expectations, the room was clean, the service was excellent and the baths were beautiful

The food was absolutely incredible. I had some other bucket list restaurants for Kyoto but the chef onsite is amazing and I did not feel like I was missing out at all. Kaiseki dinner upon arrival, Japanese breakfast each day. Honestly, it's the kind of meals that you'd wait in line/make advanced reservations. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. They used Google translate, and when they realized my name was Vietnamese, they tapped one of their Vietnamese staff to see if she could better service me (which worked well because I do speak Vietnamese as well!) And the private onsen onsite was so nice, I know there were a lot of guests but somehow I always got the onsen to myself for the most part! I'm saving this to stay in the future, and hopefully bring friends and family!

Honestly, there's nothing that I didn't like!

Tout était parfait ! Le staff est tellement gentil et aux petits soins. Un vrai bonheur. Nous avons adoré enfiler nos tenues traditionnelles.

食事はとても美味しかった！
