Bluegreen Vacations Parkside Williamsburg, an Ascend Collection Resort

Excellent staff and rooms were great!

The upstairs guests got in late and was up moving around ALL night. Hardly slept bc they were moving around and walking back and forth above us loudly from 1am-8am. I even took video footage of the noise jic.

No breakfast served here. Really liked the location because it was convenient to all the historic areas and my favorite restaurants.

I am partially handicapped and the chairs were impossible for me to get out of without help.

What I liked about the resort, it was beautifully decorated A+ to whoever was the interior designer, the location was great, and very spacious we had a birthday dinner for a friend and everyone enjoy themselves. I booked the resort for two nights but I only stayed for one night, I can't sleep on soft mattresses, it was very uncomfortable to me, but everyone else seem to enjoy the soft mattress I'm a firm mattress kind of girl, so I had to go home. I definitely would recommend this resort, just keep in mind if you like a firm mattress you're not going to be able to stay the night.

The rooms were clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Location was great!

Nothing, everything was great!

The villa was great. We enjoyed the kitchen and the shelving units in the bedrooms. Being able to open the windows to let in the breeze and spending time on the balcony was great. Beds were comfortable.

The super loud train that goes by at 4am and 5am blowing it's horn was not ideal. I couldn't get back to sleep. We had no hot water when we went to take showers at night and ended up taking cold showers. We told them the next morning but by the time maintenance got there, we were packing up to leave. We were very disappointed with having to take cold showers and the checkout staff apologized but didn't seem to care otherwise.

Location was quiet with easy access to historic areas, roomy, clean, and nice/updated beds.

The room was extremely clean without stinking of cleaners. The room was perfect! Full kitchen, separate living room with electric fireplace, very comfy bed. I loved having 2 sinks in the bathroom and electrical outlets and USB ports all over the place for device charging!! If you are planning a trip to the area, this is the place to stay!

Loved everything but a full length mirror or mirror somewhere else in the rooms outside the bathroom would be good when multiple people are trying to get ready to go out.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the primary shower. The shampoo, body wash, and moisturizer was of good quality. But I must say, that the best part of the trip was the attentiveness of the staff. They texted us daily to make sure our stay was going well and that we didn't need anything. They made recommendations about things to do in the area. We exchanged most text messages with Collethea. She was so sweet, well-mannered, and very genuine. She made us feel welcome. Others that should also be recognized are Xander, A'Siya, Jarvis, Jerry, Anthony, and Kellee. In addition, the grounds were well kept. One of the maintenance workers was emptying the trash cans located by the elevators. He not only replaced the bag, but also washed the trash can. The maintenance workers were just as friendly as the front desk area, making us feel welcome. I would not only stay here in the future, but would recommend this location to others.
