Bluegreen Vacations Parkside Williamsburg, an Ascend Collection Resort

We enjoyed everything to the location, the facilities, the cleanliness and the staff was absolutely amazing.

I honestly can say there was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great.

1. Did not like that I had to be bombarded by "TIMESHARE" women pressuring me to give up over 2 hours of my family's life for $150 2. The bedrooms facing the main hallways keep the bedroom with a stream of light across the ceiling all night due to the halls being lit. There are black out curtains, but it does nothing for the top of curtains. Made it difficult to sleep. 3. Was awoken both early mornings late evenings due to cleaning crew talking loudly while on level and could be heard yelling down to other staff members in a golf cart in the parking lot. We were on level 3. Evenings had nightly noises from coming and going guests. It could have been the fact that our room was right next to the elevator. 4. That we had to pay a resort fee almost $50 extra to get wifi, access to play room, and fresh baked cookies from 3-5pm which NONE of them we used or got. 5. Had to hold down handles to flush the toilets fully. 6. Beds were firm

Staff is rude. They say it’s private property /parking but there is no sign or signs stating it. Overall experience with any of the staff is poor they’re very very rude

Very nice place to stay and super close to busch gardens! Staff was very friendly and the unit was clean

Just to be picky the lighting in the bathroom only for getting ready like makeup application could have been better but the place overall was great!

All of the staff members were very polite and friendly. The stay was quiet and not busy. Highly recommended and would return!
