Ascensores pero logico pues estaba full pero bien fluido

Staff rushed on check in, not welcoming in my opinion Lifts terrible breaking down very poor, had to walk 4 flights stairs and then separate occasion had to walk 6 flight to go to the roof top bar Breakfast poor very disappointed.hotdog sausage and look like fish nuggets for breakfast eggs were slopped on tray very much like a cattle market omelette station sounds great buts just a little portable plug in heater with a small pan, huge queue Although not using pool seeing the queue at 9am to put towels down then go out for the day is something they need to sort. AC in room was poor still very warm in room with it on

Me gusta mucho el hotel, camas cómodas, no comi, ni cené, pero el desayuno bien. Ya he ido un par de veces y volveré, el personal, súper atento y agradable

El horario del cheking, tanto de entrada como de salida, pocos ascensores para tanto personal

Que para coger el control del aire acondicionado me pedían una fianza de 20 euros que para lo q cuesta el hotel y para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no me parece normal esto…

Al llegar tuvimos un problema con la ducha que no desaguaba y la encargada nos ofreció cambiarnos de habitación y quedarnos más tiempo el próximo día , sinceramente un excelente detalle, se agradece.

El desayuno no era variado sinceramente, no estaba mal pero justo para nuestro gusto , por lo demás genial

Trato del personal excelente, igual que la limpieza. Buena ubicavion, excelentes vistas desde la piscina superior

La organizacion de la cocina un poco caotica, los carteles de los platos pocas veces coincidian con la realidad. Los postres y ensaladas muy repetitivas. Las mesas del comedor demasiado juntas.

We had a great stay at Hotel Las Vegas. The tree-surrounded pool area was a real highlight and our teenage daughters loved spending time there. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, with friendly and welcoming staff throughout. Our room was well maintained, with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning and a lovely pool view. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available around the pool. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good selection, and we also enjoyed the quality of the food served throughout our stay. Overall, a great family hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, excellent facilities and outstanding staff. We would happily return.
