Great stay yet again, the hotel is perfect, it is so well maintained and cared for in all aspects, the staff are absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and friendly always eager to please , the only let down is the food in the main restaurant, its buffet style and don't get me wrong it has improved over the years I've been going here the selection is great , you will definitely not leave hungry, however the quality could do with some improvement, the food out at the pool bar and smaller restaurant is great although there is less choice, as far as location you simply couldn't ask for a better base for your stay here,one other point that needs attention is the lack of umbrellas for the sun loungers ,there is over 50 beds and only 11 or 12 umbrellas available, one for every 2 beds would be just perfect, that being said i will definitely be returning for another stay... 5th times the charm ,hope to see all in the hotel las vegas again very soon

The Staff were friendly, hard working & efficient, the hotel was very clean & ideally situated to shops, bars & beach.there is more than one swimming pool.we used the main one at the front of the hotel which was a good size with plenty of sun beds. Food was buffet style with plenty of choice. Our room was a good size with a balcony & a sea view, the beds were comfortable & there was a good power shower.

Nothing really. Would have been nice if the coffee machines had been available at dinner instead of just at breakfast time

Prácticamente todo, es un hotel increíble, precioso, cuidan los detalles, la limpieza y el servicio son muy buenos. Muchos puntos positivos.

Muchos clientes reservan tumbonas en la piscina poniendo encima toallas, sin estar en ese momento en la piscina. Esta vez tuvimos problemas con el wifi de forma repetida.
