Posto pulito e personale gentile

Tutto ok albergo buono belle camere e Buon cibo.unico neo la piscina un pò piccola ma ok.

Le personnel etait excellent rapide souriant. Le petit dej du dernier jour nous a été préparé spécialement en raison de l heure de depart tres tot le matin. Super. Seul bemol,la piscine indisponible pendant 5 jours (sur 7 jours de vacances) alors que cette destination avait été choisie pour cela. Quel dommage. Ou se trouve le sauna pourtant annoncé ? Sinon, vraiment superbe hotel tres bien situé et proche des lieux à visiter !

L'unico appunto e' sulla pulizia delle camere. Ma ho trovato uno staff all'altezza , cordiali e disponibili a cambiarmi stanza. Buona l'area relax.

Struttura molto pulita e buona colazione. A parte il sapone non ci sono oggetti di cortesia anche se previsti nella descrizione di Expedia. Alle 6 del mattino ci siamo accorti che l’acqua era stata chiusa ma riattivata quando li abbiamo avvertiti. Però abbiamo anche dovuto lamentare poca pressione per l’acqua calda che non ha permesso l’uso di una doccia bellissima con bocchettone grande e altri accessori inclusi, che però a causa della poca pressione è stata inutilizzabile.

Arrived about 10.30pm, very nice welcome from lady on reception. Room was split in 2, double bed in one room and 2 singles in the other. Very clean, beds very comfy. Shower was amazing! Breakfast had a good choice to start the day. Would definitely recommend!!

This hotel was a last minute choice when a previous booking fell through. The area of Nola that it is in is pretty sketchy though when you get in the gate of the hotel it is good. Our triple room was very spacious and the AC worked well, shower was nice, but beds were hard and pillows were like cement. The WIFI never worked well on our floor (they had different access points all over the hotel so you had to reconnect when you moved from your room to the lobby or to the dining room.) Maria at the desk was nice but nothing they could do to help with internet access. Morning breakfast had nice crescent rolls and yoghurt, some sliced meat and cheese, fruit and various cake like offerings but the coffee was from a Nescafe machine and it tasted like instant! Finally asked a staff member and he made me a real cappuccino at the bar. Worth asking to get the good stuff. Nice but small pool outside that was only open until 6pm so we couldn't use it after our day of sightseeing in Naples. Best part of our stay was asking 2 local women where there was a good restaurant for dinner and they went out of their way to walk us there! Took the train from Nola to Naples, almost an hour trip on a train with many local stops but better to be in Naples without a car!
