Great stay, host very helpful and super nice, location in an atmospheric narrow street, beautiful view from the windows on the 5th floor, cafe in front of the entrance. You can feel the atmosphere of Italy everywhere :)

Location: between città alta and bassa. Both can be reached in around 10/15 minutes walk. Great view.

You could hear the neighbours talking, The building is old, so this is quite usual.

The apartment is on a lovely old town street corner, next to a fountain. It's so close to every interesting place, but the location itself is peaceful. The place was well-kept, clean, warm, and very cozy. The host was great, straightforward, and well-organized. I would definitely stay there again.

A heater in the bathroom could be an improvement

Amazing location Via Pignolo is perfectly between Bergamo Alta and the Porta Nuova. So easy to see everything by foot. Great views from the little balcony. Comfy bed and warm apartment the heating works great. Really easy to get to and from the airport. The no1 bus gets you really close to the apartment.

Wifi was terrible. Kept dropping out and very poor speeds so had to work off my phone's internet for work. Shower is quite small so difficult to wash without turning the shower off and then on again to apply shower gel. Difficult to plug in the Microwave and use. Explanation/ Translation on how to use the bins and when to recycle didnt make sense.

What a wonderful place! Thank you Monica for hosting us, every single detail was perfect, the view over the city was amazing and the apartment so cosy and in the perfect location! Absolutely worth the five flights of stairs to get up there and enjoy the wonderful stay

big spacious apartments with everythnig you need, easy comunication with owner, good location

Only one thing, it was november, heating should be on before we came, because it was litlle bit cold inside even with the turn on radiators

good location for the old and new towns. comfortable beds.

the curtains were very thin and therefore even with the shutters closed the light from the streetlight right outside came through all night. the shower is very small and not that nice to use as a result.

The accommodation was beautifully designed and comfortable and quiet. The added bonus was the private terrace.

The shower cubicle was a little too small.
