Es waren alle sehr freundlich von und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat gut gerochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es waren viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern die ihren Spaß hatten. Oder ältere Pärchen oder Omas Opas dabei. Mein Sohn ist 9 und war so ziemlich der älteste, hat aber gleich Anschluss gefunden. Das Essen war lecker und das Schwimmbad nicht überfüllt.

Vor unserer Anreise hatte ich einige negative Bewertungen gelesen und deshalb ehrlich gesagt ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl. Umso positiver wurden wir dann direkt beim Empfang überrascht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und herzlich, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, hell, freundlich und sauber. Unser Zimmer war super, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr ruhige Lage und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander mit einer schönen Terrasse, wo sich unsere beiden Hunde sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt - zwar keine Sterneküche, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Kinder haben den Kinderclub sehr oft genutzt und bei der Kinderdisco viel Spaß gehabt. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der gemütliche Wellnessbereich mit der kleinen, netten Sauna und dem Pool und Whirlpool. Wem das zu klein war, der hatte die Möglichkeit das Erlebnisbad im Ort zu nutzen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hätten, sind die Essenszeiten zum Mittagessen. Um 12 Uhr waren viele kleine Leute schon bereit für's Mittagsschlafl, dass hat sich dementsprechend auch in der Stimmung beim Mittagessen wiedergespiegelt. Vielleicht kann man da für die Zukunft eine Lösung finden.
