Zwembad was proper. Enkel de omkleed ruimte was zeer vuil en het water bleef overal staan waardoor het aankleden niet zo handig was.

Es war eine sehr gute Unterkunft, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind aber schon etwas weit weg, ich persönlich fand den Pool sehr klein, viele Besucher zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir da waren und der Whirlpool war außer Betrieb die ganze Woche, aber da das Wetter perfekt war sind wir zum nahegelegenen Perlsee (schwimmschuhe nicht vergessen! !)gefahren

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay with the children. The activities organized are also interesting. Every morning there was a suggestion of some activity to do. I expecially appreciated the baby and mother room where it was possible to breastfeed and to relax with a baby. Bouncing chair for the babies were available as well.

The lunch was a bit poor considering that many families were staying for lunch as well. The room was above the restaurant and there was noise until late night. Closing the windows helped with the noise but it was then very warm, since there was no air conditioned. Milk was only available at breakfast, otherwise the pouder milk from the coffee machine was the only option.

Sehr gut geführtes kinderorientiertes Urlaubshotel mit schönen Zimmern und sehr guter All-in Versorgung.

Zu allererst: Das Hotel ist wirklich gut. Das meiste ist durchdacht, familienfreundlich, das Personal sehr nett, es gibt gute Spielmöglichkeiten, beim Essen finden sich immer wieder ausgesuchte Schmankerl. Ideal wohl für Familien mit Kindern im Kindergarten- und Grundschulalter. Was passt nicht? Wenig: Die Daten für den Checkin sollten vorab abgefragt werden oder zumindest ein Tablet mit einer funktionierenden, ordentlichen Tastatur bereitgestellt werden. Alle Daten mit Bildschirmtastatur eingeben zu müssen, ist wirklich unnötig umständlich und unbequem. So toll das in unserem Zimmer installierte Kinderwaschbecken im Bad ist, so undurchdacht ist die Tür, die dem Kind von hinten in den Rücken knallt, weil sie falsch angeschlagen ist. Da müssen die anderen sehr aufpassen. Uns wurde das Hotel mit WLAN im ganzen Haus beworben. Stimmt: Fast überall kann man sehen, dass es das Netz gibt, nur verbinden kann man sich nur an wenigen Stellen damit. In unserem Zimmer gab es nur eine Ecke, in dem wir halbwegs stabilen Empfang hatten (wir haben verschiedene Geräte getestet, daran lag es nicht). Bei den heutzutage wirklich geringen Kosten eines Repeaters ist es nicht zu verstehen, warum man nicht noch ein paar davon aufhängt, um Eltern auch mal das Nachrichtenkucken nach dem Zu-Bett-Bringen der Kinder zu ermöglichen.

The hotel was generally okayish, although old. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel is kids friendly (a bit too much infact because our room was next to the play area and younger kids were screaming all the time!)

Firstly, the hotel should not promote 'All inclusive' as its not all inclusive at 192€ per night. The moment I reached the reception, they told me that I did not book all inclusive even when my booking shows that. The only thing included was the access to the pool/ sauna and free breakfast. So this was a bit misleading for me. Also when I asked the receptionist if I should book the dinner/lunch she said I could but recommended its better to have it in restaurants outside of the hotel as they are better (which was strange) Secondly, the breakfast was really not good - it was basic but there were no cutlery or tables weren't cleaned, staff was not interested to ask if you'd like something like coffee (despite asking them several times for it) Thirdly, the pool and jacuzzi weren't really clean. When we asked for a bathrobe, the receptionist told us that they are not a superior hotel and that's why we had to pay 5€ for a bathrobe. Had I know, I would have gotten my own. Room towels had to be used. So my stay was okay, but I would not go here again or recommend this to anyone else.

Die Einrichtung wäre eigentlich wunderbar. Tolle Mitarbeiter, phantastisches Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wäre nicht die schizophrene Einstellung zu der eigentlich eindeutigen Mischung von Kindern zu Rauchern.
