Hotel Riviera Lido

Paar war eine Nacht zur Durchreise im Rivera Lido. Preis-Leistung war absolut hervorragend. Kein Luxushotel aber alles prima in Schuss gehalten, sauber, ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich (Müsli, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Saft, Käse, Brote, etc.). Hotel kann man guten Gewissens empfehlen. Schön auch der Balkon unmittelbar über dem Meer!!!

Hotel and staff was ok. A bit far from city center, but not so far from port - we were travelling to Vulcano island. Breakfast typical - italian. Good coffee.

It is a great hotel at a low price early in the season. The breakfast room was outside facing the bay at the beach level. Only surprise: continental breakfast only with no meat or eggs. Great view from the balcony.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Meer. Man kann mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Hotel kaum besucht. Ein typisch italienisches Frühstück mit wenig Essensalternativen. Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal.

Hôtel très propre, chambre spacieuse avec une magnifique vue mer. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse le matin face à la mer : un régal ! Rien à dire, rapport qualité-prix très bon. Attention deux choses : - si vous prenez un bateau pour les îles éoliennes, trajet à pied trop long jusqu'au port, il faut y aller en voiture. - hors les mois de juillet et août pas de service de restauration à l'hôtel, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller en ville.

Nice hotel Good price and breakfast included

Hotel on the water with nice beach - but hotel staff were not helpful nor cheerful. This was the only hotel in Sicily that did not excel. When I went to breakfast at 8:30 all the meats and cheeses were gone and not restocked. The restaurants are about 1k away but the walk back is uphill and the streets are narrow. While the overnight stay served its purpose, and the parking was free and convenient, I would look for another hotel in the area before staying in this one again.

We stayed here for one night while visiting family nearby. The hotel is oh so cute and right on the water. The rooms we had both had balconies and the views were fabulous. Sailboats and snorkelers galore. The beach is rocky but the water is super clear and a beautiful blue/green color. The walk into Milazzo takes about thirty minutes. We happened to catch a festival the weekend we were here. Very nice. We would have stayed longer if we did not already have other plans.
