全体的にほこりっぽい。入室したらピンがおちてたりと　清掃がいきとどいてない。

The location was convenient and the room was generally clean when we arrived. It was nice to have fresh towels each day.

We had to pay an extra ₩11,000 each time we used the gym, and ₩208,000 for laundry that didn’t even smell clean. There was no self-service laundry option. I left with bumps on my arms, the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and customer service felt judgmental and unhelpful. The café in the lobby was overpriced for the quality, and the room had no closet or dresser—just barely enough floor space for our luggage. There wasn’t even a shower curtain, so we had to be careful not to splash water everywhere. Overall, very disappointing for the price.

I loved the fitness and wellness department. The fresh water provided daily. Daily cleaning. The bathroom and the bathtub were my favorites.

I did not like the size of the room. I expected bigger room.

Холл и ресепшен у отеля красивый, но зайдя на 11 этаж, я подумала что нахожусь в каком-то подвале. Серые стены, обшарпанные ковровые дорожки с бахромой ниток, ужасное впечатление. В номере ковровое покрытие грязное, всё в пятнах и затоптано, под прикроватным столиком комки пыли и даже крышка от бутылки. Шторы грязные, окна не мыли очень давно, даже город не видно из-за грязи. Холодильник не работал совсем. Возле чайника есть по два пакетика чая и кофе, но сахара нет. Ложек и вилок одноразовых тоже нет. Когда мы спросили, где разогреть еду, то нам сказали, что микроволновки стоят в комнате для хранения багажа и к ним надо дотягиваться через чемоданы. Как минимум, это противоречит правилам пожарной безопасности. Зубной пасты и зубных щеток тоже нет. Расположение отеля неудачное- гулять там негде и нет приличных ресторанов поблизости. Остановка автобуса до аэропорта находится на другой стороне улицы и идти до неё надо около 800 метров. На улице шел ливень и с двумя неподъемными чемоданами нам было проблематично добраться до этой остановки, такси администратор не вызвала ( российские карты не работают, и мы самостоятельно не могли вызвать такси), и трансфера для помощи нет , чтоб добраться до остановки автобуса в проливной дождь. Но она вызвала такси до аэропорта, что в 2 раза дороже автобусных билетов.

I asked about accessibility and to get into the hotel as a wheelchair user, I had to go down and up a steep hill to get to the back access, which drained my wheelchair battery. The room was not clean, not change the sheets regularly there was no support and certainly it was not properly advertised that is an event hotel as I am a wheelchair user and requested an accessible room and asked of the place was accessible and if it was ok to have my 12 years old with me. The room was not big enough for a wheelchair user, and the toilet was not disabled toilet. We were surrounded by couples next door, making a lot of noises at night for their pleasure. It was very inappropriate for my 12 years old son to experience. When I then asked to book a taxi, it was very complicated, and they said that I had to go online. I had to book it . Very stressful and not helpful. Also, I left a charger and a cable in the room and called to collect . They stated they dis not find anything, and I explained where it was plugged in. Suddenly, they found it the next day. Not sure what to make of it if they did not clean the room properly after a departure or else.
