"Beautiful location, tranquil setting and kid friendly"

The hotel felt spacious and peaceful. Our kids were very welcomed and the kids club was great.

Minor maintenance on some of the older aspects on the rooms like bathrooms

Brilliant service from front desk, butler team led by pak Putu (and everyone in his team) Memorable stay at Kuta property of Discovery Katika Plaza Will highly recommenf to friends too, esp. The villa 2 bedrooms were fantastic

Location and grounds were very nice

Pool bar staff not very talkative with guests and were not present at the bar alot. Standing off to the side. Room had a rodent in the wall scratching away.

"Great Value, everything you need!"

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Great pool and pool Bar, food was good.

Needs a little more shade in pool, especially at the pool bar. Being able to keep and reuse pool towels would be easier.

Location is amazing and the staff and amenities were second to none.

The only thing that was a bit of a bug was the noisy AC in the suite. This was especially noticeable at night.
