Sono Belle Danyang

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel has nice amenities in the hotel and we particularly enjoyed the Korean restaurant on B1. The breakfast included package option we took was really good. The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. One thing unpleasant happened during our stay. As my parents opened their door right after checking in and turned on their light, they saw a cockroach running away startled on the floor, which somehow my mom caught with her bag. The housekeeping team was very fast to deal with the issue and cleaned the site when I called them, but this incident left a bit of a bitter taste on our stay.

시설이 노후되어 불편함

부모님께서 아주 좋아하셨습니다.

지인들과 다녀온 단양여행~~~ 소노문 단양에서 편안하게 하룻밤 잘 지내고 왔네요 방 배저을 1층으로 해주셔서 이쁘고 멋진 창문 밖 풍경을 못 본것이 조금 아쉬웠어요~~~^.^*

리뉴얼 할 시기가 한참 지나 지저분해요. 화장실 곰팡이는 불쾌하기까지 하고요.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 강 전망인 것도 좋았는데, 거실쪽 욕실에서 심한 냄새가 계속 남. 위아래에서 올라오는 하수도 냄새같음.

숙소 주변이 관광지라 이동하기 편리했음. 오래된 건물이라 보수공사가 필요함. 프론트담당 직원들 고객응대 교육이 부족함. 체크인절차도 느림. 사람들이 많이 이용하는 공간에 손소독제는 비치해 두는게 좋으나 (프론트,식당 등등)비치해 두지 않았음.

온돌인데 중앙난방이라 오후엔 좀 쌀쌀했습니다. 단체 투숙객 때문에 정신 없는 것은 이해하나 체크아웃 시 혼선이 빚어졌습니다. 아침식사 장소에서도 마찬가지로 management 부족함으로 기분 좋지 않은 상황이 있었습니다.

We were traveling 5 ppl, but hotel prepared only 4 beds. We were required to pay extra 300.000 won for another futon bed. And it took quite a lot time to argue with the staff. Rooms are very small and bathrooms are super inconvenient: shower toilet and sink are in same small space. Any additional small service costs money, even another small towel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until they completely change they way.

I don't understand why this Hotel is good. Personal almost cannot speak English. Every basic thing requires additional fees. Towels are small, only one per person. The price is inadequate for the rooms. The bathroom stunned me (see photo below)
