The pool was refreshing

Booking.com stated hotel refused to refund for medical cancellation. Resort stated it was Booking.com that would not refund. No access to ocean. Pool lounge chairs had mold on them. Definitely need new mattress!! Folded in half like a taco shell. No restaurant on site
