"Que mala experiencia!"

El baño tenia moho, y nos cambian a un cuarto mas pequeño, con moho, una cama imposible de dormir en ella, mas el ruido del trafico de la calle. Por si fuera poco, el ultimo dia el ascensor dejo de funcionar.

The staff were so kind, they recieve you with a smile, the room was so clean and they clean it daily, the smell is so good. They were so helpful, I even asked them about the best places to visit in Madrid and they without any hesitation answered me kindly.
