Excellent location; amazing staff

This place was amazing we loved it so much the entire staff was absolutely incredible, fantastic helpful in all of the aspects, specially Giorgio who was very attentive to our needs, overall well stay here again if we come back some day the location is great and the view from the terrace is a dream.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotsl Smeraldo. From the moment we walked in we felt taken care of. To bringing in our luggage, parking our car, and automatically providing a reservation at the best table in the restaurant, the staff were amazing. The views from the restaurant and rooms cannot be beat! Located on the main road made accessing the hotel so easy, and it was a short stroll to the shops and additional restaurants and cafes. We are already planning a return trip!

We had a relaxing stay at Hotel Smeraldo in Praiano. There were good food options at a short walking distance. We drove to the hotel and the staff parked the car for us and retrieved it as well during check out. The hotel was at a convenient place for our boat tour at the La Gavitella restaurant which was a short walk away from the hotel. The room it self was very adequate and couldn't ask for more.

The property was beautiful and very clean. It was in a great area with many things in walking distance and the staff was very nice and helpful!

I super loved this hotel, and honestly staying here in this hotel in praiano is better than staying in positano, because this way you have the view of calm sea + positano. + staff are super lovely and helpful. They helped us rent a scooter and book some taxis.

Beautiful hotel, with wonderful views of the coast. The rooms were quiet and relaxing. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating with our large group of 16. They helped coordinate rides, and had great local suggestions. This hotel is the perfect place to escape the chaos of Positano.

Love love this lil gem situated in Praiano. Very quiet less crowded and noisy. Beautiful view of the coast. Felt like Paradise. Room very spacious and cleaned. Restaurant is on top and very good breakfast in the morning
