Petra Gate Hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable not to mention the amazing view!

- Friendly owner who tried to accommodate and is kind. - Hotel they moved us to was of a better standard than one we were going to stay at

-Bathroom standard -Moved us to another hotel because we arrived too late in the evening and didn’t have internet to tell them we would be late and so they gave our room to another guest without our permission. If you arrive late on the day of arrival I recommend to let them know if you will arrive in the evening or late.

アンマンへ行くバス停が近くにあり、更にペトラ遺跡へ徒歩で行ける場所のホテルを探してここにしました。値段相応という感じですが、スタッフさんがとても愛想良く気分良く宿泊できました。

The host was lovely and the general vibe in the hotel was comfy. The room and bathroom were clean, although like much of Jordan, the bathroom had limescale and seemed in need of an update- although it was very clean so didn't feel too bad. The water pressure was a bit low but it was ok for us. I thought for the price it was very good value for money. Beds were firm and comfy! You can park outside on the road with no problem. There's a cool rooftop upstairs which was great to hang out in after dinner rather than going to the room. I would stay again but it's a budget traveller option.

The exceptional hospitality provided by the woman managing the hotel made our stay. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and friendliness created an atmosphere of instant comfort. What stood out was her unwavering commitment to going above and beyond in assisting us throughout our stay. Not only did she help us in purchasing unique gifts, shared insights about the best places to eat and made reservations for us at at a Turkish bath. The information she provided about how to explore Petra from the back door turned out to be priceless. In summary, Petra Gate Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location, coupled with the genuine hospitality and helpful recommendations, made our stay in Wadi Musa and visit to Petra unforgettable.

Location, super friendly. Comfortable

Amazing location - surrounded by shops and markets and a 25 minute walk from The Ancient City of Petra. Staff were so friendly and amazing, they gave us late checkout when I wasn't feeling well. Free tea and coffee facilities. Comfy bed. Amazing view from the window. Rooftop lounge area with even more incredible views. Hot water.

Room was a little bit small but this was only a minor thing.
