Hi there I arrived on the 8th of May from the rally exhausted and covered in mud, and I couldn't even take a shower because you hadn't left any towels in the room. As a result, I slept terribly and couldn't rest at all. It's nonsense; it's the first time I've encountered something like this in Spain. To top it off, I haven't even received an apology. How is this possible? I will be filing a formal complaint on Booking.com and leaving reviews on Google Maps, as well as letting every participant of the Rally Cuenca know exactly what kind of hotel this is
