I stayed at Hotel Tierra del Fuego briefly during low season and enjoyed my stay. I checked in after 01:00am local time and the staff was friendly and professional. The manager switched me to a room he thought was quieter and more accommodating at no additional charge. Free upgrade I guess. Everything was very clean and tidy. Overall, this was a nice small low key hotel. Great location and functional amenities. Excellent choice for solo travelers/small groups who would rather spend on excursions and food instead of more expensive hotels you’ll barely spend time in. Gets the job done! Definitely recommend and would totally return.

There was no water in the room. I believe tap water is safe to use and there was a water cooler by the lobby, but it was not mentioned that it was available to guests. Bottled/filtered water is always appreciated, specially considering there’s no easier way to ruin a trip like getting sick from water.

Primero que al hacer el check in, indicó el encargado que el hotel NO brinda desayuno; cosa extraña porque los hoteles son con desayuno. Segundo, la habitación tiene un olor muy malo, a no aseado. (......mal) No recomiendo este hospedaje.
