The location is great to get Asahidake.

Hotel service and staff are not up to Japan standards. Needs some renovation in areas. Japanese dinner wqs fully booked during stay.

"Incredible location, incredible value."

The room size was generous and well appointed. The breakfast was amazing- a huge selection of Japanese and western dishes. The Onsen was great, multiple pools and a sauna, dinner was multiple courses, and always excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of anything I did not like.
