La Vista Hakodate Bay

大体の観光スポットが徒歩の範囲内なので行動しやすかった。

Hotel location is great, walking distance to the station and the red brick warehouses are just next door. There was a surprise of having a selection of restaurants right outside the hotel in a little courtyard, they were very nice especially the yakiniku and ramen place. 15 minute walk to the ropeway (recommend going at sunset) for the best views. The bedroom was nice, the view was amazing which was the bay and Mt Hakodate however I did find it a bit small. The platform around the bed made the room even smaller and did result in a bruised shin when using the toilet at night as I misjudged how much space it took up. The cleanliness of the room could also be improved, it was a little dusty like the light fittings by the bed. The highlight/absolutely gem of this hotel are the public onsens on the 13th floor (code required to access the female space which is a nice safety feature). They are large, clean and spacious, there are 6 different onsens to choose from. The outside ones have an amazing view of the city especially at night. There is also a sauna and cold plunge (and free ice lollies for after!). The Family Mart by reception was super convenient.

No coin laundry on site.

大浴場が快適だった。朝食もよかった。

思ったより部屋が狭く、部屋では快適に過ごせなかった。タオルが少なかった。

やはり温泉がある事。15時〜朝10時まで入浴可能は嬉しい スタッフさんの小まめなお掃除も良かった。 24Hファミマも便利 美鈴コーヒーが部屋にも一階にもあって良い 多分にスタッフ不足はあるのかとは思いますが、皆様頑張って接客されていた気がする

充電器の貸し出しがあるかを内線で聞いた時の対応が悪かった。不機嫌そうな対応 フロントに行くと対応は良かっただけに残念 大浴場にはロック解除が必要だが、海外の方には分からなかったらしく、私が開けたら、ドカドカと大勢無理やり入られ「えー、」となった あとは建物全体の古さは否めない 朝食は物価高だからでしょうか？以前より内容が落ちた感じがあった 大浴場は客側に問題あるな〜と… 若い方々より高齢な方がワガママに思う

Coffee machine in the foyer and free soup noodles after 10pm.

Nothing really. But I dont reckon the seafood buffet breakfast was that great as some other people had commented. Its good but not great.
