まず、他ホテルでは毎日ベットシーツは交換してくれたけどパンダワは6日間交換されませんでした。バスタオル類は交換してくれますが、カビ臭いものが多かったです。（天日干しされたプールのものを私共は多様しました）空港送迎代金も片道6000円、一流ホテル並みの料金でしたので、他社に頼み（日本語ガイド付き）2000円ですみました。立地、その他の条件は申し分なたったので大変残念に思います。
