Situación limpieza

On the first floor at least, you'll be able to hear the noise from the street and restaurant very clearly. It can be difficult to sleep through it until it stops...at around 1am on a weekday evening. If you're not joining in with the nightlife, bring earplugs!

The location is good

The staff could have been more helpful, and the rooms were really hot due to the fact that we were on the last floor

Nothing

From the outside, nothing hints at the beauty and attention to detail found inside. This hotel was a true gem in the heart of La Latina in Madrid. The personnel was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The bedroom was very spacious, perfectly clean in every corner, with a very confortable bed. We loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh local products, and hot dishes (tortilla, bacon, omelette, etc) prepared on the spot by the cook, who we could tell loves what he does. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar that serves a great choice of tapas. The whole experience was just perfect from check-in to check-out, we'll definitely visit this hotel again.

Everything was perfect, even if the noise from the street until late in the evening can be disturbing if the window is left open during the night.
