Bathroom could have been cleaner

The carpet was stained, the heater made a constant whining sound, there were hairs on the toilet seat and backing where the flush button was and the elevators only went up, not down.

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, Krishni in particular went above and beyond! The apartment is roomy, yet so central. A great place to stay, for two nights or two weeks. Thanks so much!

The location was pretty good.

The cleanliness was appalling, the donerà where stained and the toilet was dirty apart from that the location is fantastic and the apartment was comfortable .

Apartment smelled of smoke. We did not see any staff. Had to pay for parking even though we were told it was free and a very poor communication around the parking situation. They palmed it off to a third party parking company - lots of emails and phone calls very hard to understand. I would not recommend staying here.

Location. Handy to exhibition centre and stones throw to Lygon st. Apartment very roomy. Laundry with washing machine. Well appointed kitchen. Decent sized fridge.

Our entry door blind was missing. Not a big deal as we had privacy because of solid court yard fence.
