Le top est le service au spa! Les massages hammam et services sont parfaits pas chers et le personnel aux petits soins. La nourriture est variée et local. Petit bémol sur le bar et le all inclusive...les coktails sont trop sucrés et les barmen ne savent pas les faire...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout le monde est au petit soin, souriant, agréable, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant, au bar, les femmes de chambre, les jardiniers, l'équipe de nettoyage... L'ambiance est très conviviale. Les infrastructures sont bien entretenues, les jardins très propres. La diversité des buffets permet à chacun de trouver ce qui lui faut pour se restaurer. N'oublions pas l'équipe d'animation très présente et dynamique, celle du spa très professionnelle et celle de la sécurité sympathique. Hâte de revenir !

Personnel serviable. Surclassement en chambre vue sur mer. Chambre fonctionnelle. Alcools de qualités. Pas aimé la restauration, très répétitif, mal cuit, trop de matière grasse, mauvaise qualité des matières premières.

"Hôtel très sympa à Djerba"

Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le repas du réveillon du 31 ainsi que la soirée étaient au top! Belle équipe d animation aux petits soins pour satisfaire le client. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
