I due Roccoli

One night stay (Saturday) Wedding party at the other end of the hotel, but very little noise, wonderful views from the breakfast room, unfortunately misty on Sunday morning.

We had the lake view room and I wouldn't recommend any other...the view is simply stunning!!! We had originally had a park view room and quickly agreed to an upgrade after being shown the lake view. Very quiet overall and comfortable beds. Spacious room. We enjoyed the meals we had at the restaurant. We were there during the week so things were a bit quieter which we found quite pleasing. The location is perfect if you want to drive around the entire lake. Lots of photo opportunities all around. Hiking trails are nearby as well. The hotel has a great balance with superb scenery, good meals, and comfortable accommodations.

Such a lovely place to stay- amazing food and really lovely staff, nothing too much trouble. Our whole stay was a real treat!

Perfect getaway for a rare few days without the kids. Old fashioned courtesy and excellent service. Really wonderful restaurant.

We really enjoyed staying here and it made our experience of the lake much better having seen it from above. The hotel and staff were lovely and helpful. The wifi had a few issues in staying connected.

A real gem of a hotel tucked away in beautiful countryside. Extensive well maintained gardens with excellent views on a good day! Decor and ambiance supplemented with plenty of family treasures. Staff always more than willing to go the extra mile without seeking recompense. one of the finest hotels we have had the pleasure of staying throughout our life travelling through many countries. Selection and quality of food beautifully presented without it being nouvelle cuisine. something you could really get your teeth into with tremendous tastes.

Beautiful relaxing hotel, friendly staff, good food, amazing views

From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine I knew we had made the right choice. Excellent service, clean rooms and if you have a lake view room then you will not be disapointed with the vista. The restaurant is outstanding and is reasonably priced. The location is high on the hillside overlooking the lake which gives great views but means that you are a 10 minute car ride from the lake itself. The location suits those with a car. The swimming pool, although small, is perfect for cooling down after a hot day and the staff will serve drinks at the poolside. Recommended for couples who love good food in a great setting.

I returned to the hotel with my husband after attending a wedding last year where I fell in love with the venue. It really does have the wow factor especially the lake view room which is worth the extra charge. On arrival we were offered a glass of sparkling wine whilst checking in and then I cannot fault the food.... we are foodies and the food is incredible, we did not plan to eat every night of our stay in the hotel but from the first night we said we were not going to go anyway else!! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and their English was good enough to explain the menu and the wine recommended was superb. Even the weather did not dampen our stay and has just made us want to return again. The town of Iseo is small and has a large number of cafes and restaurants and these were all reasonably priced. You must take the ferry across to the island of Monte Isola, it's beautiful. Nothing negative to say......cannot wait to return to this hotel, when having breakfast looking out onto the lake, you can imagine it being in a James Bond movie. There was a wedding everyday of our stay but did not interfere with our stay at all. What are you waiting for?.....

I Due Roccoli is a beautiful location up on a hill, with amazing lake views from some rooms. It is quite far away from town and everything else - so you have to drive anywhere. That said, it's a lovely spot that I would recommend highly. We had two issues at the hotel though. One - the internet service was awful. The internet connection would cut out over and over again for extended periods, so if you need to do work from here, don't plan on having an internet connection. The second, probably less relevant to most travelers, was that the AC did not work in one of our rooms and they could not fix it within the three days we were there. Normally that's not a problem, but when we were there it was 90 degrees F, so it was kind of a problem. Other than that, the service was good, and staff was friendly and we very much enjoyed it.
