This visit the kitchen was always left in a mess from other travellers. (The first trip last year in the other building/main building was great, immaculate and that is one of the reasons we came back).

Friendly service, warm room, clean amenities and great location!

Wished we had of upgraded to a room with a bathroom, so cold walking to the shared amenities.

Staff were very friendly. Facilities were good and kept clean. We were in a self-contained camper van so can't comment on rooms. There was plenty of space and choice of where to park/camp for non powered sites.

1.公共區域沒有垃圾桶 丟垃圾要直接走到外面的子母車 蠻奇怪的配置 2.男廁沒有吹風機 要跟櫃檯借 7點前要還 要的話每天都要借 3.淋浴間設計不良 在擦乾的小區域容易被隔壁間洗澡的人噴到水

The room was comfortable, although we were only two people in a four-bed room. The room warmed up quickly and stayed cosy once we turned the heater on. Power points were in easy reach of the bed. The communal bathrooms were close by and clean. The bathrooms were also warm and there were plenty of showers available. The wifi worked quickly in the common room. Most the other guests were quiet and the carpark was located behind the rooms.

There was a queue and the check-in took a long time. There was plenty of room in the kitchen, however, people regularly left the stoves on after they were finished so you had to be careful not to injure yourself. Somebody about 3 rooms down dropped their phone on the ground about 2am waking us up. We could hear multiple other people that were woken up so maybe sound proofing isn't the best.
