Well located, friendly staff, beautiful property, great breakfast, comfortable rooms… nice terrace

Unfortunately, you always need to knock at the front door to be let in. When there is no staff, it can take a while. Late at night, it isn’t much fun to be locked out of the hotel with no way in. I would suggest a coded door or a key access for guests. Waited 15 minutes, unable to come in. Tried calling and texting, no answer. It was worrisome.

"Perfect Cartagena Stay"

Lovely boutique hotel. Amazed by how quiet the rooms were despite being in the middle of so much to see and do! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Loved our stay here and definitely recommend it, especially for the price point.

La ubicación.

Las habitaciones no tienen luz natural. La ventana es interna y da a un pasillo y no se puede abrir. El baño tiene una puerta de vidrio que no es hermética y no tiene extractor de aire ni ventana. Se complica si vas con alguien...
