The location is close the the centre, staff were very helpful, calm and helpful. Rooms were clean.

The rooms were smaller than we anticipated, location we were familiar with and a different experience when travelling with with children

La ubicacion y todo en general

The style of the property is beautiful with the court yard and the small roof terrace. The rooms have kept part of their original charm. Easy access and walking distance to all the important places to visit in Cartagena. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel property. The hotel itself is place to relax within the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are so friendly and accommodating nothing is too much! I had a little accident and the staff were straight at hand to help me to see a doctor. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

great location. Nice decor. breakfast was amplle, but not exceptional.

residue smell of cleaning products in room. Checked in at 4pm and had to wait 30 for second room to be ready.

Casa Canabal is a wonderful hotel to stay at when in Cartagena. It's in the Getsemani neighborhood, just near the old City area. The hotel is lovely, comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, on a delightful street loaded with bars, restaurants and alive with people and music. The staff here is the best!! Always helpful and gracious. Breakfast was great, with a selection of fruits, yogurt, eggs, etc. When we arrived, they upgraded our room. So if you are visiting Cartagena, this is the place to stay. Forget the hotels near the beach; Casa Canabal is the true spirit of Cartagena.
