ベッドメイキングに関して、２日目の夕刻　担当者が理解されてなくて、全く手つかず状態。 　こんなのは、他のホテルを含め初めて。２泊で３０万円以上のホテルの対応としては最低で最悪。リメイクに来た担当者の態度も最悪。 　その他のスタッフには、大変満足。
