Spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great location right at the sea. Nice pool area and restaurants, foodstalls nearby. Would come back anytime again.

me gustó que las habitaciones son cómodas, muy limpias y enfriaba muy bien el aire acondicionado, me gustó que lo limpiaron super bien, además los baños estaban bien. Tiene una vista muy bonita, además las televisiones son grandes, atienden rápido en room service.

no me gustaron los elevadores, son muy viejos y suenan demasiado, tampoco me gustó nada el servicio del restaurante, había un mesero muy grosero, nos contestó y atendió mal a los menores de edad, también en recepción algunas veces no tenían paciencia, tardaron demasiado en facturar, y también había poca limpieza en la recepción, los baños del restaurante no están cómodos, muy pocas opciones en el bufet.

Super Lage direkt am Meer. Das Zentrum, Zocalo und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Obwohl wir die preiswerteste Kategorie gebucht haben. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

El personal fue amable

Lo que incluía la reserva no era lo que me dieron ni lo que esperamos, tenían dividido el hotel en la zona buena y la zona fea, nos mandaron a la zona fea sin acceso a piscina, la habitación austera y las toallas viejas y la verdad por el costo y en comparación con otros hoteles NO VALIO LA PENA. Tenían los mismos costos que el Rivoli y el hotel bello, definitivamente un universo de diferencia en cuanto a sus servicios.
