Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.

"Good"

I had 2x diner in the positano restaurant and the lady told me that they did not accept credit nor debit USD cards. Very frustrating. At the check in the lady was not nice. Very rude and annoying.

Excellent property!!! Jurere area is beautiful. Positano restaurant at the hotel served us delicious food!! Larissa provided us with an outstanding service!! The room was as advertised, very comfortable and quiet at night- had construction noise during the day. Amenities were good. Pool area and grounds well taking care!!! Staff treated us very well. Good positive vibes. Breakfast met our needs. Excellent service overall!

Place was great. Very little English speakers though - be aware of that if you don’t speak Portuguese or Spanish. Breakfast buffet was average but plentiful. Overall, would return

The hotel is perfectly located in Jurere, service is great the pool gym etc. are in great shape. It’s a very nice hotel. But it could be much better with less stalinistic rules that take away the good will. I inquired for a late checkout for an hour ( 11am checkout time is stupid and I have never seen this in Brazil ) and I was told you can only ask for that in the morning which kinda defeats the purpose. They have a weird towel card system and if you don’t bring them back they charge you for the really not very luxurious beach towels. So you have to bring them back at the other end of the hotel first. They call you at 10:45 to make sure you really don’t overstay and once you did the checkout you can’t have a drink at the pool anymore since they take away the bracelet and there is no way around it. So basically a great hotel that could benefit greatly from some customer friendlier rules.
