Location was perfect

The AC heat transfer is right in the balcony so the balcony becomes super hot if you want to sit outside.

Adrian was wonderful and upgraded us to a suite with a private pool and a personal chef! Lovely sunset views from our balcony. We will definitely return!

Vallarta Shores was an incredible experience from start to finish, but the absolute highlight was having our private chef, Jesus. Every single meal he made was exceptional, restaurant quality and honestly better than many places we tried in town. From breakfast to dinner, everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft. It felt like having a personal five-star dining experience right in our suite every day. We stayed on both 3 bedroom sky suites which comes with a chef and your own private pool!! The suites themselves were beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but Chef Jesus took the entire vacation to another level. The shared space was open air and gorgeous. The individual bedrooms all had their own air conditioning and full bathrooms. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and book the chef experience (request Jesus) You will not regret it. To top it off you can get a massage in your room at a VERY affordable price!!!!

The property was well kept. Our Suite D was large for 6 adults and it had a great view. The staff was helpful and very kind. Chef Dulce made amazing meals and took exceptional care of us. We look forward to going back in the future.

The staff was amazing and the place is right in the beach.

The only thing is that it is a little hard to get to at the end of a busy block.
