"Disgusting hotel ever"

It was absolutely terrible the hotel is disgusting I found the hotels towels stain and bed sheets were with blood I went downstairs to get clean towels the receptionist lady told me that they didn’t have more towels that the only thing she can was change the sheets. Pool is green all the property is nasty we had to spend the night there because it was a music even call Veracruz Salsa festival so all the hotels were sold out we didn’t have any other choice but it was the most horrible experience they my family had suffer in a hotel

La calidad y comodidad del hotel están muy por debajo de su costo, el baño tiene obstrucción en drenaje y se sale el agua del baño a la recámara, e verdad decepcionado

Muy caro para el lugar, se aprovechan que es tiempo de Carnaval. Lleno de cucarachas y sucio el baño. La cama terrible, es una piedra!
